Eagle Scout & Gold Award Scholarships
Overview
ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ is proud to offer a scholarship to graduating high school seniors who achieve Eagle Scout Rank through the Boy Scouts of America or the Gold Award through the Girl Scouts of the United States of America.

Deadline
First day of classes of the first freshman semester
Criteria
- Must be a first-time entering freshman, meaning ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ must be the first college you attend after receiving your high school diploma or high school equivalency diploma.
- Enroll full-time (15 or more hours) in your first freshman semester.
- Be admitted to ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ as a Mississippi resident and as a U.S. citizen.
How to Apply
- Submit an Application for Admission to ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ, and you’ll receive your student ID and ÃÛÌÒÓ°ÏñNet login credentials via email.
- Using your ÃÛÌÒÓ°ÏñNet login credentials, log in to the ScholarshipUniverse portal. From there, you’ll answer a series of questions that will match you to scholarship opportunities. After answering the question regarding your Scout award, you will be presented with the application for the Eagle Scout or Gold Award Scholarship.
- Upload ScholarshipUniverse a copy of your award certificate or letter from a council leader.
