De’quincy Hughes of Liberty is the recipient of a scholarship from the Mississippi Nursery and Landscape Association. Hughes, a sophomore, graduates in May from ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ’s Landscape Management Technology program.

He is currently working for the ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ Grounds Department completing his internship requirement and also works for UPS.
