Ebony Fisher of Vicksburg, a student in the Surgical Technology program, and instructor Donna Sanders test the ability of Dr. Libby Mahaffey, dean, nursing and allied health programs for ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ, to wash her hands correctly. A powder was sprinkled on Mahaffey’s hands that shows up under a black light. Mahaffey washed her hands to see how much of the powder she was able to wash off.

Students were able to practice their skills while ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ employees were screened for blood pressure, cholesterol, weight and other health concerns.
