Livingston said it was an honored to be selected.

鈥淚t’s a pleasure to teach such bright, motivated students, and I appreciate the excellent attitude they have toward education,鈥 Livingston said. 鈥淓ven though most of my students need only one history class to fulfill a core requirement, I’ve been encouraged by their enthusiasm and am so excited when many return for further electives. I truly enjoy the time I get to spend with them, so to be chosen for this award means a great deal to me.鈥
